We moved here from out of state and have previously been home owners. We haven’t lived in an apartment in 20 plus years but decided it was best for us until we knew the area better and where we wanted to buy. Literally from the moment we set foot in the office to obtain information and tour to our actual move in and beyond the staff has been courteous, helpful and friendly. Our neighbors are amazing as well. No loud yelling, screaming, stomping, cars, music etc. We absolutely love it here!

Wow! From the start of walking through the Leasing Office to meeting Reisa was a great experience. Reisa's smile was both delightful and welcoming. This should be the Standard when you are talking about Next Level Service. The facilities even tho they are still under construction, you can actually feel how the place is going to be. The attention to details, from the carpet, to the details on the walls, to the lighting. The different Floor Plans gives you options. Something that a lot of places dont have. But what really blew me away was Amanda's service. I will not give specifics, but without knowing us, she treated us like we were family.

Mercy! I'm just so speechless! These young ladies are so amazing! From Reisa to Amanda & Kirsten! Yall rock! I definitely loved the vibe! The apartment styles are beautiful & just my style! And omg the hallway floors are one of the kind! I felt like I was walking into some fancy hotel...like seriously...whomever design this layout is freaking awesome too! I love you guys! Sorry for the tears but they were happy tears because you guys just dont know how you changed my mind about moving back to TN
