 You can schedule an in-person tour by calling our leasing office, sending us an email, or stopping by during business hours. Walk-ins are always welcome to tour our apartments and explore the community amenities. Scheduling in advance is encouraged to ensure availability and allow our team to best prepare for your visit.

We offer virtual tours as a convenient way to preview apartment layouts and community features. Self-guided tours are not offered at this time. Please contact our leasing team to schedule a personalized in-person tour of our beautiful community.

You can apply online by clicking the “Apply Now” button on our website or by following the application link provided by our leasing team.
Required documentation includes:

  • Driver’s license number
  • One month of most recent pay stubs submitted through Snappt income verification
  • Offer letters are accepted with a verifiable employer contact, followed by two months of pay stubs

 Applicants must have a combined gross monthly income equal to at least three times the base rent. Income verification is completed through Snappt. If you have questions about acceptable documentation, our leasing team is happy to help.

We currently offer lease terms ranging from 13 to 17 months.

Subleasing is not permitted. All leaseholders must be approved by management and added to the lease agreement.

Yes. All residents are required to maintain active renters’ insurance for the duration of their lease. We partner with Assurant Property Solutions to offer a low-cost and easy option.

Our leasing team will contact residents at least 65 days prior to lease expiration with renewal options and updated pricing.

We do not participate in housing voucher programs at this time.

Yes. Move-in costs include prorated rent, a security deposit, and applicable administrative or application fees.

Yes. Our team supports residents throughout the move-in process, including detailed move-in instructions and all required documentation. We’ll be here to help with any questions that may come up.

Yes. Residents should contact the leasing office before making any modifications or alterations to the apartment.

 All leases require a 60 day written notice. Early termination includes a fee equal to two months’ rent plus repayment of any concessions received. Residents remain responsible for rent, utilities, and renters’ insurance during the notice period.

 Residents must submit a written 60-day Notice to Vacate to begin the move-out process. After notice is received, the leasing office will send a Move-Out Acknowledgement with key details and next steps.

Move-out accounts are typically reviewed and finalized within one to two weeks of move-out. Once finalized, refunds are issued within 30 days of move-out in accordance with Texas state law.

Standard deposits are $250 for one-bedrooms, $350 for two-bedrooms, and $450 for three-bedrooms. Depending on approval, deposits may be up to one month’s rent.

Utilities are not included in the monthly rent.

Residents may pay using the following methods:

  • WIPS
  • Cashier’s Check
Money orders are not accepted.

 Yes. The community has a $15 monthly amenity fee and a $65 monthly Wi-Fi charge.

Yes. Parking options include Detached Garages, Breezeway Garages, Covered Carports, and open parking within the gated community. Complimentary guest parking is available around the perimeter of the property.

Yes. Reserved parking options are available for an additional monthly fee:

  • Detached Garages: $180-280 per month
  • Breezeway Garages: $245-300 per month
  • Covered Carports: $65 per month
Open parking and designated guest parking areas are complimentary.

Yes. Overnight guest parking is not permitted within the gated areas. Guests should park in designated guest areas around the perimeter of the property.

Yes. There are four EV charging stations located throughout the property.

Maintenance requests must be submitted through the RentCafé resident portal. Requests are not accepted via phone or email.

Maintenance requests are addressed based on urgency, with emergency items prioritized. Most requests are addressed within 24 hours.

Noise concerns or community-related issues should be reported to our on-site courtesy officer.

Yes. We are a pet-friendly community and welcome both cats and dogs.

Yes. A $400 one-time pet fee per pet and $25 monthly pet rent per pet apply. All pets must be approved and registered through our partner, PetScreening.

Breed and size restrictions may apply. Please contact the leasing office for current pet policy details.

Our community offers an on-site dog park, pet waste stations, and outdoor green spaces for residents to enjoy with their pets.

Yes. All apartment homes include in-home washers and dryers.

At this time, we do not offer designated bike storage on property. Residents are welcome to store bicycles inside their apartment home or in a rented garage.

Yes. All apartment homes include WhiteSky high-speed fiber internet built directly into each home. Residents receive 500 Mbps via Wi-Fi and up to 1 Gig via hardwire connection.

Internet service is provided by WhiteSky.

Our community has a Parcel Pending package room. Residents receive notifications when packages are delivered, with instructions for secure pickup.

We offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes with a variety of layouts and square footage options. All currently available floor plans are listed on our website.

Furnished apartment homes are not offered at this time.

Yes. We typically host multiple resident events each month. These events are designed to foster a sense of community, encourage connections among neighbors, and involve local businesses whenever possible.

No. The community does not have designated quiet hours and instead follows guidelines related to excessive or persistent noise, regardless of the time of day.
